I purchased a Highlander several months ago with the help of Paul Auchter, the fleet manager. I test drove different vehicles for an extended period of time and Paul was always very helpful and professional throughout the entire process - wonderful customer service. I am so pleased with both the experience and the vehicle. I will continue to return to Paul and to the service department for any future needs.

Our sales person was Esther Angel. She is great, professional. She didnt pressured us at all, like most sales person would do. Very helpful and got us a great deal on the car we bought this weekend.

I purchased my 2011 FJ Cruiser from Gullo Toyota about 6 months ago and I love it! The staff is great and the new facility is beautiful and tasteful. I had to order the vehicle because they did not have the one I wanted in stock. They traded for it and delivered it to my home while I was at work because I had to turn in my rental that day. WOW!! Now that's service. There's not a better place in Houston to buy a vehicle. Their service department is awesome as well!!!!

Great Experience I looked around all over Houston to find a new Toyota. Gullo was, by far, had the best customer service than any other dealership I looked at. The car salesmen, Robert Todd, was honest (yes there is such a thing) with me regarding add ons, he recommended me doing aftermarket instead, saving me hundreds of dollars. They were able to undercut other dealerships by $1000. I would highly recommend them.

Happy We love our 2009 Venza. What pleasure to ride in confort and be able to get in and out with ease for us older folks. Friends and nabors have stopped by to admire our new family member. ITS great on the road, 28 mpg on recent trip with good vision and easy road handling, power rear door and camera add to safety and comfort. A SPECIAL thanks to PAUL AUCHTER, A REAL PRO AND GENTLEMEN TO DO BUSINESS WITH. This was our fourth car purchased thur Paul and GULLO. We think that speaks for itself.
