My wife and I purchased a 2013 Avalon on Friday April 12,2013. We had an excellent sales person named Eugene Tiger Pahnke who not only sold us the car but also covered all of the features on the car. Mr Pahnke was waiting for us when we came to the dealership and made sure we were taken care of during the entire process without any delays. The car was detailed and ready for us when we finished with finance.This was by far my best experiance at buying a car.

I recently purchased a used car that I had found through a search engine online from Gullo Toyota and I can honestly say it was the most favorable car buying experience I have ever had by far! I showed up with no notice and was greeted by the internet car sales manager, Michael Forbes, who quickly found the vehicle I was inquiring about. I quickly recieved a fair estimate/buy back for my current vehicle and once in financing with Matt, they were able to beat the current interest rate offered from my credit union and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Like many car buyers these days, I researched online and reached out to several dealerships in the area. I wasn't necessarily looking for the dealership that can simply offer me the lowest price. I was looking for a salesperson who can discuss pricing and options in a straightforward manner and do it through emails and phone calls. I didn't want to participate in the trickery and old way of doing business that some car dealers still practice. I want to be able to agree on a fair price and then go to the dealership and pick the car up. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Payne at Gullo Toyota. It was a no hassle, no fuzz exchange. He gave the final price including all taxes and fees up front – no games, no up-sells, no manipulations. It was a straightforward business transaction and it is something that every car buyer should experience. If you are trying to decide which Toyota dealer to pick, you need to seriously consider Gullo Toyota. You might have to drive up a little bit to Conroe (I did) but it was worth it. Michael makes it seem like he is just facilitating the purchase and handing the keys to you. It made the whole process quick, effortless and positive. BTW, if you can choose an F&I Manager, pick Matt Durandetto. The F&I process is typically dreaded because a lot of the up-sell happens here. Some buyers end up getting a lot of extras or end up feeling they didn't get the deal they thought they did. Matt, however, made the whole thing smooth and easy. I will definitely go back to Gullo Toyota and have recommended it to my friends already.

We just purchased a 2013 Tacoma 4 door p/up. Our salesman was the Internet Salesmanager Hui Bui. Don't let his name fool you. He is a very nice and straight forward car salesman. We did not have to go back & forth with his sales manager like you do at so many other dealerships. We got the best trade-in and the best deal on the Tacoma. It was a no pressure experience, no kidding. The finance manager Matt was also great.

After leaving Fred Haas Toyota with an estimate for a Toyota Camry LE, we were met at Gullo Toyota by a warm and charismatic young man named "Tiger". Tiger as a salesman impressed us as different from the symbolic "High Pressure" salesman by impressing us as a believable and genuinely honest individual that we could identify with. Tiger spent four (4) hours with us, {not selling but} teaching us about the different models available and the real benefits of the Camry Le that was our original intention to buy. We drove the car and Tiger spent over an hour & a half in the car "teaching" us how everyting worked. I had a 2004 Escape that I bought from Gullo with 79000 miles on it and after driving and inspected it - suggested a favorable price for a trade-in. We feel that we were fortunate to be able to be serviced by such an impressive, genuinely highly experienced and warm personality professional as the gentle "Tiger" that was more accommodating of our wants rather than attempting to convince us to buy something we wouldn't really want.. Gullo Toyota is a hidden GEM for anyone shopping for a car! I spent two days at other dealerships suffering through the usual tactics (i.e, The Four Squares, The Man Behind the Curtain a.k.a. the sales manager, and so forth). I was so burned out on the process that I almost gave up on looking for a new vehicle. I'm glad I didn't because my experience with Gullo Toyota was nothing short of fabulous. They offered me exactly what I asked for on my trade-in and they sold me a new 2013 model Toyota for hundreds less than invoice. There were no pressure tactics, no silly games, no back-and-forth BS, or anything of the sort. Kirk the sales manager showed me the numbers, we shook hands, and the deal was done. The salesman, a young guy who goes by the nickname "Tiger" was totally awesome, too. He was an active listener, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance guy was fantastic as well - no hidden fees or tricky math whatsoever. To my absolute surprise, he was able to get TWO POINTS lower on the already-excellent rate my credit union was offering on the financing. Needless to say, I'm a very satisfied customer. Gullo completely restored my faith that some car dealerships still know how to treat their customers. I just wish I would've gone there from the beginning. It would've saved a lot of headaches and hassles I got from other dealerships.

This is my second vehicle I purchased from Huy Bui at Gullo Toyota. Both times were completelty hassel free. After I made the decision on which vehicle I was going to purchase the negociation lasted less than 30 minutes. That is the way I like it....no typical hard sell tatics I.E. having to check with the manager for approval on prices. If you are like me and prefer to get in and out when purchasing a vehicle Huy Bui at Gullo is the place to go.

Hassel free car buying! I'm serious! Forget for a second that I got an incredible deal on the car. I am a repeat offender at Gullo Toyota, specifically with Philip Sharp. He has forever revolutionized the way I buy cars, even from other brands/dealers. I shopped at another Houston Toyota dealership on a whim one day for a new SUV for my wife. I then emailed Philip, thinking, he'll be competitive, and since I've bought one car for him, I'll give him a shot at another. Well, there was no competition. In his first email he shot me a price that was the best price I could find, not only in Houston, but anywhere on the internet! We agreed on the price and the day and I was done. No haggling, no well how bout this much? No, none of that. I always ask for the “the best drive it off the lot price you got.” Well when he replied with his price, I was dumbfounded. This is the one complaint I have about Philip is he takes all the research I've done on the price of the car I want, all the prep I do to haggle, and throws it out of the window…. Wait… is that really a complaint? We showed up to trade in the car he had sold us 2+ years ago, and test drove our new Highlander one last time while he got an appraisal on our Camry. I had told him what I needed on it, and left it in his hands. When we got back he had done a little better than what I wanted. Shook hands, filled out some paperwork and went on our way. He handed us off to Matt D. in finance. Thought for sure this was going to be the usual 1 1/2 hour tooth pulling process that it is. In 30 minutes I was walking back over to Philips desk to get my plates and keys…. Yeah, I said it 30 minutes. Would have been even less had my wife and I not wanted to discuss one of the options he gave us. I will always by my Toyotas from Philip and at Gullo. Don't forget to stop by and see Darren in parts to get some nice all weather mats too!

Scott Payne of Gullo Toyota and Conroe was the sales rep for my new vehicle. He went out of his way to explain all of the Toyota product line since I was unsure what type of vehicle I wanted. After the first contact with him, he was very helpful over the phone answering all questions. When I finally decided to purchase the Tundra, he further explained the options and configurations available. As the purchase decision loomed, he was attentive, but PUT NO STRESS ON ME to complete the transaction. He is the consumate customer service person and I would recommend him to others. As far as the vehicle is concerned, the TOYOTA TUNDRA sells itself. Excellent quality and style. My first Pickup having come from the large SUV world. I am completely satisfied with the transaction and the Gullo Toyota Business Process.

I live in the Dallas area, but it proved worth my time to drive to Conroe for my purchase of a new Toyota Tundra. Phillip Sharp earned my business and recommendation. He was very straightforward and honest throughout the entire process, and he promptly returned phone calls and emails. I sent him a ton of questions, which would probably have irritated many sales people, but Phillip always responded with a friendly and timely reply. After going to Fred Haas, taking a test ride, and discussing the details of a trade-in and purchase price, the deal did not seem all that great. They had us there and didn't seal the deal. While I was waiting for the rep to come back with a less than agrred upon deal, my wife called Gullo and talked to Huy Bui and he had the same car, same color, and same options except it also had a moon roof, he was willing to give us a much better deal over the phone for our trade-in and on the dicount price. We left the showroom of Fred Haas and drove to Gullo where in fact we received exactly what he promised. We were treated like they wanted to sell a car, not like we were just another person wanting one of their cars in a +700 sale month; we mattered to them. The finance manager treated extremely well also. The whole experience leads me to recommend Gullo to anyone wanting the best deal available for a Toyota product and Huy is well informed and to the point.

In 2009 I bought a Venza from another dealership. But started going to Gullo because they were closer to me. Anytime I took the Venza they took care of any issue with complete professionalism. Last week I decided to look at the Tacoma's with the idea of doing a trade. This is when I started working with Travis. I explained to him my needs and we both decided that the Tacoma was not going to fill the needs. He then showed me the Tundra. He let me make a decision without any pressure which is huge with me. When I told him yes I was very interested they came back with an offer that matched my needs without any hassle. I am extremely pleased with the Tundra and the staff at Gullo Toyota.
