After 40 years in the automotive industry, Gullo believes customer service is where he's seen the biggest changes and improvements. "Customer satisfaction is the name of the game these days, and we work hard to keep our patrons pleased," he added.
Gullo Toyota is a family-owned and operated dealership in which Tony Gullo, Jr. serves as the Vice President and General Manager and Corky Gullo serves as the Business Development Manager at the dealership.
Gullo believes it's important to treat employees with the same respect and care that he gives his immediate family, and it shows; the dealership's atmosphere is friendly, because the employees are happy and enjoy what they do. The franchise also is very goal-oriented. "We set realistic goals for each month and work together to ensure we meet them," Gullo said.
The dealership is a 30,000 square foot Image USA complex on 5.7 acres. The facility contains a service center with 18 bays, a separate Toyota Parts Center and a 1,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art atrium showroom.
